About us
A builder you can reach
Tibay started in 2012 as a two-person renovation crew in Laguna. Today we are a team of 40 engineers, foremen and tradespeople, but the owner still visits every site each week.
We keep our own crews instead of subcontracting everything, which is how we keep quality and schedules under control.

FAQ
Common questions
How much does it cost to build a house?
For a standard finish, most of our homes land between ₱28,000 and ₱38,000 per square meter, depending on design, site and materials. After the site visit we give you a fixed quote broken down by phase.
Do you handle building permits?
Yes. We prepare the signed plans and documents and process the building permit with your city or municipality. Permit fees are paid to the LGU at cost.
How do payments work?
A down payment to mobilize, then payments tied to finished milestones such as foundation, structure, roofing and finishing. You never pay far ahead of the work.
Can I see the site while it is being built?
Of course. Your engineer can schedule site walk-throughs any time, and you get a photo report every Saturday either way.
What does the warranty cover?
One year on workmanship for everything we build, and a separate written warranty on roofing and waterproofing. If something we built fails, we fix it at no cost.
